complicated.work has no active sponsors or paid placements right now, and none of the links on the site earn us money.

How sponsor placements work

• Any sponsor placement is labeled "Sponsor" on the page where it appears, and the relationship is described accurately on this page.
• Placements appear only where they're relevant, for example next to a guide about writing a resume. Most pages don't carry one.
• Sponsors don't write, review or approve our guides or tools, and the editorial advice on this site is written to be useful whichever product you choose, or if you choose none.
• Sponsor links are marked rel="sponsored" for search engines and may pass through a short redirect (/go/…) so we can count clicks. That redirect records only that a click happened and which page it came from, not who you are.

Independence

complicated.work is its own publication. It is not part of, and does not speak for, any resume builder, job board or employer. If that ever changes, we'll say so here.
